Google Closes YouTube Deal

Web search engine Google has closed its USD 1.65 billion acquisition of online video provider YouTube. In connection with the deal, Google said it issued an aggregate of 3.2 million shares, and restricted stock units, of 442,210 shares of its Class A common stock, along with USD 15 million in cash.
