Microsoft Joins TCS China as Investor

Indian IT services Company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and its Chinese partners, supported by the National Development and Reforms Commission (NDRC) has revealed that Microsoft had signed a tripartite investment agreement to be an investor in TCS China. Microsoft will hold a minority stake in TCS China, the company said in a statement.
