Bix.com in Yahoo Fold

Internet Company Yahoo! has revealed plans to acquire Bix.com web site, which allow web users to create online contests. Yahoo plans to maintain Bix's independent web site while merging its features with its own Yahoo Groups, Yahoo 360 and photo-sharing site Flickr.
