Nortel, SECI in SouthEast Europe JV

Nortel and Southeast European Communications and Investments (SECI) have decided to establish a Joint Venture (JV) in southeast Europe. The creation of the JV with SECI, a company that is involved with providing advisory services in telecommunications, energy and various infrastructure projects in southeast Europe will allow Nortel to reach this rapidly growing regional market, as per a statement issued by the company.
