APPLE, GOOGLE, NAPSTER GET SUED

Apple, Google, and Napster are being sued by an online movie distributor Intertainer for copyright infringement. The lawsuit involves the business model for offering video content from various providers to consumers over the TV and the Internet, Intertainer said.
