In-Fusio Sues Microsoft Over Mobile 'Halo'

A complex battle comprising legalities has been ensuing between Microsoft and a French video game publisher In-Fusio. In 2005, Microsoft had entered a contract with In-Fusio to develop a version of Halo for mobile phones and other devices. Allegedly In-Fusio is suing Microsoft for breach of contract.
