Migo Completes Acquisition of StompSoft Software

Migo, a vendor of mobile computing products has announced that the company has acquired privately held StompSoft’s entire line of software titles. Migo had in October last year announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to acquire StompSoft’s software titles. Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price consisted of 20,000,000 shares of Migo Common Stock and USD 650,000 paid to StompSoft.
