Atheros Acquires Taiwan`s Attansic for USD 71 Mln

Atheros has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Attansic. Attansic is a majority-owned subsidiary of ASUSTek Computer and is headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan and is said to have a large presence in Shanghai.
