CDC Software Looking at Buys in India

Enterprise software company, CDC, is planning to expand its presence in India. The company plans to double its R&D strength in the country to 300 and increase sales presence. CDC is also looking at acquisitions in India. Eric Musser, President of CDC said, "we are close to acquiring companies in India, Europe and North America in the outsourced business services space. The acquisition of the Indian company should happen within next six months.
