T-Mobile Chooses Ericsson, Nokia

Sweden based telecom hardware company Ericsson and Nokia of Finland have bagged a contract to deploy WCDMA 3G for T-Mobile. Bellevue, Washington based T-Mobile, a unit of Deutsche Telekom AG, said last month it would spend USD 2.76 billion to build the third-generation network, which will add services such as streaming video and game downloads.
