TCS has Largest Financial Services Practice, Says Forrester

Forrester, an independent research firm, in its report entitled 'Which Service Vendors Can Help Retail Banks', noted the need for retail banks to deliver new services to address the conflicting problems of gaining operational efficiencies (for example cost-cutting) and pursuing organic topline growth. Banks will need to effectively transform their business processes, the technologies that support these processes, and train their people to meet the new market demands. According to Forrester, achieving these goals will require external advisors and this report highlights which IT service providers to consider.
