Ericsson Inaugurates R&D Centre in Chennai

Swedish telecom company Ericsson has opened a research and development (R&D) facility in Chennai. The aim of setting up the center is to concentrate on multimedia research.

Ericsson is all set to invest USD 100 million per annum in the next few years and explore the possibility of setting up a manufacturing facility in Chennai.
