LUXPRO LEVELS USD 100M SUIT AGAINST APPLE

Luxpro, a manufacturer of music players and other mobile products, has won the lawsuit that it had filed against Apple. The battle goes a long way, Apple in July 2005, had sued the Taiwanese company from making its line of Tangent music players, alleging that they too closely resembled the iPod Shuffle. A Taiwan court agreed, but the decision was reversed on appeal. Luxpro, now sued Apple Computer for USD 100 million after a court ruled it could continue producing a portable music player resembling Apple's iPod Shuffle.
